By accessing the Duluth Appliance Repair website (DuluthApplianceRepairGA.com), booking a diagnostic evaluation, or approving residential or commercial refrigeration repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable local, state, and federal laws. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you should discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

A standard diagnostic fee applies to every dispatched visit to evaluate malfunctioning units. Once diagnosed, our technician provides a flat-rate repair quote for parts and labor. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the total repair cost. Payment is due in full upon completion of the service via major credit cards, debit cards, or approved electronic payments.

We provide a 90-day warranty on installed replacement parts and a 30-day warranty on labor for the specific issue repaired. This warranty does not cover pre-existing defects, secondary component failures, cosmetic degradation, power surges, pest infestation, water contamination, or unauthorized customer alterations.

Duluth Appliance Repair and its technicians shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure, including but not limited to food spoilage, water leakage from pre-weakened residential plumbing, commercial inventory loss, or temporary loss of appliance utility.
